Temporary Part Time Member Solutions Representative (Teller) - 2 vacant positions
Under the general supervision of the Manager, Member Solutions, this position will provide a full range of services to members including responding to members’ inquiries, analyzing members’ needs and utilizing the product or service which best meets those needs. This position will cross sell credit union products, process members’ transactions (cash and other general services) and process members' requests for account updates and closures.
This position will support our branches in Hamilton, Ancaster, and Stoney Creek, depending on staffing levels. Part Time MSRs can expect to work, on average, 18-24 hours per week.
$22.93/hour - minimum starting rate

Understanding of credit union's business objectives, philosophies and principles; credit union products and services at 80% minimum “working” knowledge proficiency; basic mathematical calculations; credit union policies and procedures relating to banking requirements; credit union computer system and telephone system; and credit union inter-department functions.
Service and selling, verbal and interpersonal skills, accuracy in data input and problem solving.
